Our Community Interest Action
Additionally, the Alleyne Communication Project delivers work-relevant training and experience to aspiring communications professionals yet to make their mark on the industry.

The project arises in response to Journalism.co.uk’s article showing Media graduates have the second-highest unemployment rates across the UK. Aware that two-thirds of employers are looking to recruit applicants with relevant work experience, The Alleyne Communications Project is proactively and directly engaging with media aspirants to improve their employment opportunities.

Working with low and no-experience individuals, the project seeks to round out their CV by putting prospects onto live client briefs.

We work with prospects at one of three junctures:

  1. School-aged-leavers (via Hope in Haringey)
  2. Undergraduates currently studying a Media &/or Communications degree
  3. Media and Communications Graduates
